Monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month. We are unable to process monthly automatic payments, however, you can set up bill pay with your bank for the monthly payments, please make all checks payable to Riverview Mobile Estates and mail to PO Box 334 Homosassa Florida 34487-0334. You may also pay your fees in advance. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PLACE YOUR LOT NUMBER AND OR RIVERVIEW ADDRESS IN THE MEMO PORTION OF YOUR CHECK SO WE CAN CREDIT THE CORRECT ACCOUNT.
